Answers about how RavelUp works, what to expect from a project, and how we handle your data. Updated June 7, 2026.
RavelUp helps businesses grow with modern technology — custom websites, web and mobile applications, AI-powered automation, business intelligence dashboards, and ongoing digital strategy. We focus on practical outcomes: faster operations, better customer experiences, and measurable growth.
We partner with small and mid-sized businesses, professional services firms, childcare and education providers, e-commerce brands, and teams that need a reliable technology partner rather than a one-off vendor. If you are scaling and need systems that keep up, we are a strong fit.
Start by booking a consultation through our website. We will learn about your goals, current systems, timeline, and budget. From there we propose a clear scope — discovery, design, build, launch, and optional support — with milestones you can track.
Both. Well-defined projects (e.g., a marketing site or a portal MVP) are often quoted as fixed scope. Ongoing development, BI support, hosting, and platform subscriptions may be billed monthly. We always document pricing before work begins.
RvLite is our proprietary platform for client websites, contacts, operations, and business features. RavelUp builds on RvLite for our own site and for clients who benefit from an integrated portal rather than disconnected tools.
We follow least-privilege access, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and secure credential storage. Client data is used only to deliver agreed services. See our Privacy Policy for full details on collection, retention, and your rights.
Yes. We regularly integrate CRMs, payment providers, Microsoft 365 / Power BI, shipping APIs, and custom backends. During discovery we map your stack and recommend integrations that reduce manual work.
We can host on Azure or work within your cloud environment. Support plans cover updates, monitoring, bug fixes, and small enhancements. Urgent production issues are prioritized according to your support agreement.
Launches are milestones, not endings. We offer post-launch support and enhancement sprints. Change requests outside original scope are estimated transparently before we proceed.
Timelines vary by scope. A focused marketing site may take a few weeks; a custom portal or app often runs several months with phased releases. We provide a timeline estimate during consultation and keep you updated at each milestone.
